Outbound Auto
Dialing can deliver messages or get responses from members,
employees, students, or customers. Plus, the Inbound Automated
Attendant can answer your telephone 24 hours a day, offer
up to ten menu choices of information, take voice mail messages,
and even transfer calls.

AMDial
(with answering machine detection) can be used to make announcements
or reminders by calling individuals in churches, clubs, schools,
businesses, agencies, etc. It can also be used to call people
to get a VOICE or TOUCHTONE response to answer questions,
vote, or take a survey. AMDial
can be used to automatically call thousands of telephone numbers.
When AMDial calls, it can simply
leave a message or it can ask for a response. You may obtain
responses from people by recording their voice answers, asking
them to press keys to respond to choices, or by transferring
them to a live operator. Just record your message, select
which group (database) you want to call, when you want to
start and stop, then let AMDial
go to work calling everyone. Save tremendous amounts of time
and get faster results!

AMDial
can answer your telephone 24 hours a day, with a simple message,
or it can offer callers menu choices of information and receive
voice mail messages. If you have 3-way calling or Centrex
telephone service, callers can be connected live to other
telephone numbers.

Outbound Auto Dialing Features
There are a variety of ways Outbound Auto Dialing can function:
1) Deliver a message when the telephone is answered.
2) Ask someone to press 1 before hearing the complete message.
3) Ask for a voice response(s) after one or more messages
or questions.
4) Ask for a touchtone response(s) after one or more messages
or questions.
5) Transfer the call (using Centrex or 3-way calling) to a
live operator immediately or after a message.
- The system can detect a live person vs. an answering
machine.
- You may record or listen to messages and information
by telephone or by microphone and speaker, if you have Sound
Blaster (or compatible) card.
- Voice responses may be retrieved from any telephone with
a pass code.
- Outbound Auto Dialing may operate at the same time as
the Inbound Auto- mated Attendant, if using separate telephone
lines.
- The system is capable of handling up to 12 telephone
lines simultaneously.
- Touchtone key responses may be stored in your computer
for retrieval.
- The time of day to begin and end calling may be set by
the operator.
- The system marks phone numbers that are busy, unanswered,
& faxes.
- The system will retry telephone numbers that were busy
or unanswered, as many times as the operator requests.
- The system will allow you to import databases of names
and telephone numbers, or you may enter that information
directly.
- The system allows many different data bases (groups of
phone numbers) to reside within the system at the same time.
- The system will allow you to call up to 10,000 phone
numbers with one command. For example: Call all numbers
with the "456" prefix, from 456-0000 through 456-9999.
You may choose up to 4 prefixes at any one time (40,000
numbers). The numbers are scrambled before randomly dialing.

Purchaser assumes
all liability & responsibility for operating the auto
dialer according to any federal, state, or local laws pertaining
to the use of "Automatic Dialing & Announcing Devices".
Limitations may include commercial solicitations and/or delivering
pre-recorded messages to homes and business without the prior
express consent of the called party. A violation of any such
laws may result in significant penalties & other sanctions.
Any person intending to use this product for solicitation
purposes (direct marketing, telemarketing, etc.) should consult
with their own counsel, prior to purchasing or using this
product, to determine the extent of permissible solicitation
activities. We will not be responsible for any illegal use
of our products.
