VoiceBridge-II Description

VoiceBridge-II (VB-II) is a proven, turnkey solution for creating fully integrated IVR and voice mail applications for Lucent Technologies, Siemens, and Nortel PBXs. Designed for low- to medium-volume applications, VB-II provides efficient, cost-effective integration using digital set emulation and standard SMDI protocol.

VB-II manages all calls from the PBX to the voice processing system, providing called/calling party ID and reason for forwarding (busy, no answer, etc.). VB-II uses the PBX's message notification features to provide Message Waiting Indicators (MWI) to subscribers. VB-II also provides developers with transparent access to all supported PBXs.
