Party Information- VoiceBridge provides data for each call
answered by your voice mail system, allowing:
- Personalized Greeting - called party ID is provided so
calls can be answered with a message in your own voice.
- Reason for Absence - VoiceBridge provides data indication
whether your line is busy, unanswered, or set to forward
all calls.
- Calling Party ID - An internal user's extension and/or
name is automatically provided to identify the caller.
- Internal/External Call Handling - Internal calls can be
distinguished from external calls permitting customized
greetings.
- Auto Login - VoiceBridge provides calling party ID for
each direct call to voice mail, allowing auto login for
fast and easy retrieval of messages.
Message Waiting Indication - VoiceBridge accepts commands
form the voice mail system so that your message lamp can be
activated, immediately informing you of new messages.
VoiceBridge is Fully Compatible with Operator Revert, Automated
Attendant, paging and notification functions.
