Callegra is a complete, software-based voice and fax messaging solution that makes communicating easy, saves money and increases productivity-all while leveraging existing equipment investments. A client/server-based application, Callegra unifies phone, fax, voice mail and e-mail into a single integrated application for unified messaging and Internet messaging. Callegra simplifies business communications by integrating with applications people already own and are comfortable with: Windows 95/98, Windows NT, Windows 2000 and leading e-mail packages. Callegra combines the ease and familiarity of the telephone system with the power and flexibility of the computer network, to allow computer control of telephone and fax messaging functions.

However, Callegra can easily take you from an advanced voice messaging foundation to the productivity-enhancing benefits of unified messaging-and beyond. CallegraFAX™. CallegraFAX is an integrated fax server that gives users a simple and intuitive interface for creating, viewing, sending and routing their fax messages. Callegra users can forward faxes to a fax machine via a telephone interface or with a PC.

CallegraDESK™. CallegraDESK allows you to send and retrieve Callegra voice and CallegraFAX messages directly from your laptop or desktop PC. CallegraDESK can also integrate these messages within your Novell GroupWise or Microsoft Exchange/Outlook e-mail inbox.
