Automated Surveys, Polls, Questionnaires
Including reporting and data output, transcription
of comments, name, address or any other non-touchtone answers
recorded. Real-time data and report access as well as service
modifications are available via our secured client access
Internet servers. Enhanced survey services are available including
speech recognition and mirrored telephone and web based surveys.
Service Bureau Capabilities:
- DNIS: (Dialed number identification service) -
Ability to determine which telephone number(s) the caller
has dialed.
- ANI: (Automatic Number Identification) - Ability
to determine what number the caller is dialing from (Caller
ID).
- SONET RING: Our fiber optics are "self-healing"
for additional service assurance.
- Redundant Equipment: Our computer network and voice
servers are state-of-the-art industrial PC's with redundant,
hot-swappable components for system stability and service
assurance.
- ANI Blocking: Ability to monitor and block abusive
callers and excessive system users.
- Call Management: Ability to monitor the number
of times and frequency a particular caller dials our systems.
Callers can be limited as to the number of times they are
allowed to call per day, week, etc.
- Text-to-speech: Ability to convert text from a
database or outside source into voice files for callers
to hear.
- Dedicated Internet Access: Our network is connected
directly to the Internet for real-time data reporting, file
transfers and e-mail (sending and receiving)
- Automatic Speech Recognition: Word and phrase recognition,
spoken word menu navigation.
- Transcription: We are staffed with a trained transcription
department for typing and database entry of recorded voice
files that need to be incorporated with your data (i.e.
name, address, complaints, suggestions, etc.)
- Live Customer Service: We can transfer your callers
to live agents if option "0" is enabled or caller has a
rotary phone.

Internet Applications & On-Line Surveys
Surveys are built dynamically every time a
visitor takes the survey. The survey questions, answer choices
and layout are all database driven and can be changed on the
fly, even while people are taking the survey. Once the survey
is complete the information is automatically stored in a database.
An email confirmation can be sent to the participant or to
the survey customer, we can even generate charts and graphs
at the end of each survey to show the participant how their
answers stacked up against others.

and hardware available, we are able to integrate Speech into
many of our applications. No longer limited to touch-tone
responses, surveys can be made more user-friendly and more
accessible.

can use your cell phone, Speech Recognition is a powerful
tool for many of today's automated telephone services. Now
instead of pulling your phone away from your ear, pressing
the appropriate keys on the telephone and placing the phone
back to your ear, you can speak your commands with the same
reliability as before.
