AMDEV introduces Windows 2000 Pro based OUTDIAL PATIENT REMINDER software. This includes a complete Graphical User Interface and works on any one of your existing PC's. No patient means no income, in other words negative cash flow. A survey of physicians shows an average of over 20%, NO SHOWS. This powerful application allows Doctors to automatically call patients in advance to confirm their appointments. All you have to do is enter the patients name, phone number, appointment date, and the number of days before the appointment to call (i.e., 1 day, 2 days, 3 days), and the software does the rest. The next day you get a confirmation report of who's keeping the appointments, who is not, who needs to be rescheduled, how many messages where left on answering machines and UN-reachable patients.

Example of a Call:

The system calls the patient at home and states this is an "Important Message, from Practice or Doctor's name." "JOHN (spells the patient's first name), you have on appointment on (Tuesday, June 1st at 10:00a.m.), date and time. "
"To confirm this appointment press 1 now", appointment is confirmed."
"To reschedule this appointment press 2."
"To cancel this appointment press 3."

The system gives complete reports of the status of each call, so the doctor knows days in advance who is keeping their appointment. This gives ample time to fill in the open slot with new patients. The system can recognize no answer and busy signals for later call backs, and even leave the message on an answering machine. The software can also do reminders for general check-ups that would need to be scheduled every 3 or 6 months as an appointment; (i.e. "it is time to schedule your 6 months check-up, please contact the office to schedule the appointment").
