AMDEV fully featured
Windows 2000 Pro based IVR system (with built in application generator)
has now been updated to incorporate an IVR OUTDIAL SYSTEM
(which can be connected to a database), with a Graphical User
Interface . This powerful application allows companies to
import their databases (or utilize the existing IVR database)
into the system for such uses as calling customer's and confirming
a deliver (time, date, location etc.), calling students and
notifying them of an event or letting clients know their stock
trade has been executed.
Example of a Call:
The system calls you at home and states this is "ABC's
Automated Delivery Furniture Confirmation System."
"We will deliver your new couch on Tuesday the 22nd between
1:00 and 5:00 p.m."
"The address we will deliver to is 123 New Lane Clark,
NY."
"If you will be home and the address is correct Press
1 now, to confirm deliver."
"If you will not be available or the address is incorrect
Press 2 now and a representative will reschedule the deliver."
"Thank you for choosing ABC Company."
The system can function as a stand-alone IVR SYSTEM, allowing
you all the advantages of the IVR benefits without having
to incur the costs. The system can be fully upgraded to allow
for connections into a LAN, mini or mainframe environment
application making the call fully transactional if desired.
