IVR Requirements

AMDEV's IVR can operate on a stand alone server quality computer or on an existing PC so long as the system will always be up and running. The bullet proof software from AMDEV Communication Corporation does not require the system resources that some other system require, making it faster and more efficient.

• Sixty Four (64) Megabytes RAM
• 1.44 MB Floppy Drive.
• Minimum 4.0 GB Hard Disk (Note: 10 MB. 1 Hour of voice).
• 56K Hayes Compatible MODEM. (3Com U.S. Robotics Recommended)
• VGA Card.
• SVGA Monitor
• Keyboard and Mouse
• 4-Port Voice Processing Boards. (Up to 12 boards per system)
