Our Most Economical Maintenance Agreement.

Your small company just put in a new voicemail system. And announced that YOU are in charge of it because you know computers and such things. You are willing to learn the system, but you sure don't know how to run it right now. They've got you scheduled for a voicemail training program but it's several weeks (or months!) away. Problem is, people need things like voicemail boxes done . . . Now.

Or you are a telecom interconnect company, selling voicemail systems as part of your product mix. You know KTS, EKS, PBX and P ABX but voicemail systems are a whole 'nother critter. The VM hardware is not much different from what you are used to, and you've got the VM system spare parts kit, but setting it up and getting it to run smoothly looks like a bag of snakes. You have got a lot of better things to do than deal with this.

Our Bronze Plan Maintenance Agreement is for you. AMDEV's Bronze Plan is a Labor contract for routine dial-in maintenance service checks. If needed, Moves, Adds and Changes are available at 50% off our usual hourly billing rate. Or do them yourself.

Our Factory-Certified engineers will dial into your system periodically to run routine service checks. Diagnostic reports are generated to identify potential problem areas such as increasing busy times BEFORE they can cause a system operation trouble.

All Maintenance Agreement customers are given priority handling over time & materials callers. Bronze Plan customers share a reserved, dedicated service line with Silver Plan customers; only Gold and Platinum callers have higher priority if your system fails.

All AMDEV Bronze Plan customers have access to our in-depth stock of essential parts and components for their systems, at our standard pricing schedule. This includes counter-to-counter expedited service in case of "system down" critical conditions.

Daily rate during normal business hours without any maintenance program is $250 per hour. After hours, weekend and holidays rate is $500 per hour, 24-hours, 7-days a week, 365 days per year.
