Your company has had its voicemail system for some time now,
and it's working well. Although not their main assignment,
several of the staff know where the system is located and
how to do routine tasks like Moving, Adding and Changing mailbox
assignments and users. The users were reluctant at first,
but now they can't live without it. Loss of the system would
severely cripple your business.
The voicemail system has become an integral part of your
business operations. Field sales and service staff rely on
it for contact with customers and the home office. There may
have been a time when systems unavailability was no big deal
but not now. Now, any systems downtime is a Big deal; if it
happens, there will be a lot of Bigwigs looking over your
shoulder and breathing down your neck. You don't have any
problem working on the system, but it sure would be good to
have a backup plan in place and available.
Your needs are a perfect match for AMDEV's
Gold Plan Maintenance Agreement. This is a Parts and
Labor contract for maintenance and service. Parts replacement!
exchange and routine dial-in maintenance checks are covered
under the Gold Plan. Moves, Adds and Changes are available
at 50% off our usual hourly billing rate.
Our maintenance services dial into your system periodically
to run routine service checks. Diagnostic reports are generated
to identify potential problem areas such as increasing busy
times BEFORE they can cause a system operation trouble.
In the event of sudden system trouble, Gold Plan customers
go to the Head Of The Line for service; only Platinum Plan
customers have higher service priority. A unique customer
service telephone number is reserved for the use of Gold
Plan customers.
The Gold Plan also covers parts and components, of
course. Rest assured that those hard-to-find hardware bits
can be expedited "overnight", or even "counter-to-counter"
airfreighted if needed, in the event of a critical, system-down
failure condition.
Daily rate during normal business hours without any maintenance
program is $250 per hour. After hours, weekend and holidays
rate is $500 per hour, 24-hours, 7-days a week, 365 days per
year.
