When it happens, your company needs to have the problem fixed
and the system back up and running ASAP.
AMDEV's Maintenance Agreement
Service is the answer. Our Maintenance Agreement offers you
a selection of four different levels of protection for your
voicemail system. You select the protection plan and level
of service that is appropriate for your needs.
Multiple site locations? No problem. We can tailor a master
Agreement for any number of sites. Or if it works better for
you, each site may have its own individual Agreement.
Different voicemail equipment at different sites? Again,
no problem. We have parts availability and in-house expertise
on all ten of the major makes of voicemail systems.
AMDEV offers four levels of Support
plans during our normal business hours Mon-Fri., 8:00am -
5:00pm, PST.
Daily rate during normal business hours without any maintenance
program is $250 per hour. After hours, weekend and holidays
rate is $500 per hour, 24-hours, 7-days a week, 365 days per
year.
