Total Coverage for Your Voicemail System.
We do it All so You don't have to.
Hassle-free System Maintenance. No Worries

You are a successful and professional company. Voicemail is just a tool to you, nothing more. You don't know how it works and don't care to learn. You've got better things to do than worry with routine maintenance and setting up mailboxes. Working on the innards of the voicemail hardware has no appeal at all. So long as your users can access the voicemail system, you are satisfied.

You can make much more money, faster, doing your professional work than you would save by trying to do routine voicemail service tasks. To say that 'Time Is Money' is not quite right, but there is a certain amount of truth to it, in that your time is very valuable and is better spent doing your main business than worrying with the voicemail system.

If this describes your company, AMDEV's Platinum Plan Maintenance Agreement is for you. It is an all-inclusive contract for total systems maintenance and service. We do it all. Parts replacement and exchange, routine dial-in maintenance checks and reports, software updates, moves, adds, changes; all these services are covered in full under the Platinum Plan at no additional cost.

Our Factory Certified engineers dial into your system periodically to run routine service checks. Diagnostic reports are generated to identify potential problem areas such as increasing busy times BEFORE they can cause a system operation trouble. A Factory Certified engineer will be dispatched if the problem can't be resolved over the phone.

In the event of sudden system trouble, Platinum Plan customers go to the Head Of The Line for priority service. A separate customer service phone line is reserved for the use of Platinum customers. During normal business hours the Platinum line is answered first; nights and weekends it directly pages the on-call service technician.

Daily rate during normal business hours without any maintenance program is $250 per hour. After hours, weekend and holidays rate is $500 per hour, 24-hours, 7-days a week, 365 days per year.
