Your company is a small to medium size, technically oriented operation. Or, yours is a large company with expert in-house telecommunications staff. Either way, your people have the capability to operate and maintain the voicemail system on a day-to-day basis, including mailbox adds, moves and changes, and they routinely run the diagnostics used to identify potential systems problems.

Your staff can maintain and troubleshoot the entire voicemail system. They are trained to service it at the hardware level and can replace boards and components. What they don't have is ready access to spare/replacement parts and components. They may already have the manufacturer's recommended spare parts kit on hand, but want to establish a cost effective backup source for parts and components on an exchange basis for future needs.

You want AMDEV's Silver Plan Maintenance Agreement. This is a Parts contract for replacement of voicemail parts and components. The Silver Plan is much like an Extended Warranty, with the addition of a 50% discount off of our usual rates and charges for Moves, Adds and Changes.

All Maintenance Agreement customers are given priority handling over time & materials callers. Silver Plan customers share a reserved, dedicated service line with our Bronze Plan customers; only Gold and Platinum callers have higher priority if your system fails.

Your Silver Plan Maintenance Agreement gives you peace of mind when it comes to getting those badly-needed replacement parts in a timely manner. In addition, you still have your usual direct access to our outstanding staff of Factory-Certified engineers for labor support if needed, at our usual rates.

Daily rate during normal business hours without any maintenance program is $250 per hour. After hours, weekend and holidays rate is $500 per hour, 24-hours, 7-days a week, 365 days per year.
